Real Life SurveysReal Life Surveys has come about to help enable companies and consumers to work together to make the buying experience a better one. With constructive feedback from customers, companies can better service their customers in the future. Not every company or customer is perfect, but working together most, if not all issues can be resolved.
With the birth of the Internet, there has been a alot of negative content sites created. Many websites such as ripoffreport.com and complaintsboard.com do not allow the posting of positive content. They will only allow NEGATIVE content to be posted on their websites. If you post anything positive about a company, it is promptly deleted from their system. Other problems are competition of a company posting untrue negative content to try and "bash" the competition. This happens every day, all day and must end.
We are just the opposite, giving companies a portal to their customers to get the true experience factor. You are invited to take a small survey from the company you have done business with via a link on their check out screen. You can then post a review about that company if you have made a purchase. This enables a true calculation on how a company should be rated. You can also create additional surveys for public use, or use them to re-invite past users to reply about your service level after the goods arrives at thier location.
Problems with negative content sites and places like the BBB give you a few negative things to say about the company, but do not state valuable information. An example is a company that does over 20million a year in sales, has 30 complaints at the BBB over 3 years, and actually serviced 150,000 customers. This example company has a C- rating. The company also answered all complaints. Many of the complaints were not valid complaints about the company but more of a manufacturer defect that the manufacturer was more than willing to fix. Leaving out that valuable information and just showing a bad rating and complaints makes a company seem like a bad company. 10 complaints per year with over 50,000 tranactions per year is not a bad company.
